Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hoptoshop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

5 to 7 days is the dispatch time, delivery time may vary depending on the city and state and what method has been used for shipping it, our shipping is the standard shipping method, upon request the shipping can be upgraded with the extra cost paid by customer

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Setting expectations for delivery time is critical. There is no shipping charges for standard shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Hoptoshop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hoptoshp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We have a clear process for handling the damaged parcels. If the damage is done in transit then it will taken care by company, but if the damage is done by the customer then there will be no refund, the damage it will be determined by us

Insurance options: Reducing anxiety is critical - insurance offers peace of mind, especially internationally. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Company will have its insurance to cover the products and any incident that happening due to our products

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

The single most important criteria for a lot of first-time customers. Return the product to us right away with some pictures before the return label can be created. Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

14 days after the package is received, the return will be accepted with a 20% deduction as restocking fees, after that 30 days exchange will be accepted with shipping fees paid by the customer only for return and to the re-ship a new package. after 30 days from the delivery date, there will no return, refund or exchange accepted.
